Our basic inspection covers
hundreds of items, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural,
etc.
Exterior and interior -all levels of the house. This inspection can
take up to 3 hours depending on the
size of the house. You are invited to
attend this inspection and you will receive a full written report
(see typical 15 page .pdf inspection
report).

the roof, we crawl the crawl space,
